GYROTONIC LEVEL 1 TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM
Before participating in the pre-training of 2 , it is necessary to experience the exercise of Progression 1 with a certified trainer and familiarize yourself with it through the senses.

Pre Training Course
As you master the basics of Level 1 Progression 1-5, which is programmed in the pre-training, you will develop a foundation and environment for each individual body that you will be able to notice and recognize.

Foundation Course
In the process of learning more deeply through the bodies of yourself and others, we will also focus on communicating and expressing the essence of the method while having fun.

Expreiences

After the course up to 3 , those who are certified will enter the training period. Those who have completed the prescribed training time will review and brush up with various tasks that will arise from the experience gained during this period.
